Members of the Shorewood Table Tennis Club are involved in NCTTA (National Collegiate Table Tennis Association). Coaches Neo and Penn play for Governors State University (GSU) and Coach TJ Wang is the Head Coach for Governors State. Linda Leaf is the Regional Director for the NCTTA Midwest Region and in February, 2012, she was co-commentator on the GSU filming of the Regional Tournament at GSU.
Check out the sophisticated production (six cameras, including one on a boom) of the Regional Tournament and matches with Penn and Kevin Xie, a former STTC player who now plays on the Purdue team.
